Fredriksborg Fortress, history tour
Guided tours daily Jun-Aug, and weekends in May and September. Usually at 6 p.m. 95 SEK, or free for restaurant or hotel guests. Contact the hotel for reservation. You can also have lunch, fika or dinner at the restaurant and the hotel with two 1700s buildings has 15 charming rooms. Great view from the hotel, and even better from the roof top of the fortress. Watch the cruise ships passing by at the strait below or just enjoy the area.
