Poesi som vittne och motstånd: Browne, Nyanzi och Noël
The poets Mahogany L. Browne (USA), Stella Nyanzi (Uganda/Germany), and James Noël (Haiti/France) write poetry as a way to bear witness to reality, convey experiences, and critique prevailing orders. In a discussion at the Stockholms Internationella Poesifestival 2026, they reflect on important role models, writing in exile, and the role of poetry in contemporary global communities. The moderator is author Louise Lindfors.
