Choose Create event and tell us how many you are, what kind of place you want, when you want to meet, and whether you have a budget or plan to eat and drink there. We contact venues and get back to you when one has said yes.

Yes, that's what clubs are for. A club brings together people who meet regularly, like an afterwork, a running group or a book club. You invite the members, decide who can find the club, and create its meetups.

You invite the first guests, and they can each invite a few friends. The event has a cap, and once it's full, newcomers go on a waiting list. You can always see who's coming.

It depends on the venue. We look especially for places that host groups without a room fee when you eat and drink there. If the venue does charge, you pay it directly: we pass on the venue's payment details, but Händer doesn't receive any money.

Only the people you invite. Private events and clubs never appear on the map, in lists or in search engines.

A place for bringing people together in Stockholm. You create an event or start a club, we help you find a venue, and the map shows what's already on in the city.

No. Creating events and clubs and finding events is free. If a venue charges for the space, or an event costs money, you pay the venue or the organiser directly.

No, Händer is a website. It works in your phone's browser without downloading anything.

Yes. Switch language in the menu or at the bottom of the page. Event names are never translated, because they are names.

We collect them every day from venues', organisers' and ticket sites' own pages. Every event links back to its source.

No. You book with the organiser through the link on the event page.

Always check with the organiser before you go, as programmes change. Please write to us with a link to the event and we will correct it.

Suggestions are based on the events you have liked. We look for events similar to them. No personal data is shared to do this.

Not to browse. With an account you can create events and clubs and save the events you like.

Your name, email and the choices you make, such as the events you like. Everything is stored in the EU. The privacy policy describes exactly what and why.

Go to My account and untick Email from Händer. It takes effect immediately.

Go to My account and choose Delete my account at the bottom. The account and your data are removed for good. You can also email us and we will do it within 30 days.

Tell us which times are usually quiet, how many you can host, and whether you want a room fee or would rather the group eats and drinks with you. We'll get in touch when a request fits.
