Nattmackan: Svenska Ostklassiker takes over Bar Europa

This Thursday, Svenska Ostklassiker and Nattmackan take over Bar Europa in Södermalm. For three evenings, chef Emma Onuora will be serving a late-night grilled cheese sandwich from 8 pm until closing. On the menu is a ‘Nduja & Kimchi Grilled Cheese made with Präst®, Herrgård® and Grevé®, topped with a Hot Honey Drizzle. Nattmackan is part of a collaboration in which Svenska Ostklassiker and ateljé Lyktan release a limited-edition version of the iconic Bumlingen pendant lamp.
